Terms of Service

Last updated 17 September 2026.

These terms apply when you use PlatPost. Creating an account means you accept them.

1. What PlatPost does

PlatPost is a distribution assistant. You tell it about your business once. It drafts social media posts in your voice, you approve or reject each one, and it posts the approved ones to the accounts you connect, on the days you choose. The networks it posts to are the ones listed in Settings; a network is part of the service only once its Connect button appears in the app.

2. Your account

You need an account to use PlatPost. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You must be 18 or over and must be allowed to post on the accounts you connect. One account per person or business.

3. Price and payment

PlatPost is sold in US dollars. Every price is on the pricing page, and the plan you chose is shown in Settings. Stripe takes the payment in advance for each period, monthly or annually as you chose. X charges for each post it publishes and the ad networks charge for each ad; both come from your PlatPost balance at the price shown before you spend, and an ad budget bills to your own ad account. You can cancel at any time from Settings; the service runs until the end of the period you have paid for and no further payment is taken. We do not refund part months, except where the law says we must. The subscription starts at once at your request, so the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply to the month already started. If we change the price we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you.

4. You approve every post

Nothing is posted until you say yes to it. Once you approve a post and set a time, you are asking us to publish those exact words on your account at that time. You can pull a scheduled post back at any time before it goes out. After it is posted, you delete it on the network yourself. You are responsible for what you approve, including that it is true, that it is yours to post, and that it follows the rules of the network it goes to.

You can connect your own AI agent with an agent key. A new key can only read and write drafts. If you let a key schedule or publish, you approve in advance what that agent posts, and you are responsible for it as if you had posted it yourself. Keep the key secret. Revoke it in Settings the moment you think someone else has it.

5. AI drafts

Drafts are written by an AI model from what you told us about your business and your sample posts. We instruct it to invent nothing and to use only the facts you gave. It can still be wrong, so read every draft before you approve it. Drafts are suggestions; you own the posts you approve and may edit or discard any draft.

6. Content rules

Do not use PlatPost to post spam, to run many accounts pretending to be different people, to post content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights, or to break the terms of X or any other network. Do not try to get around the limits in the app. We may suspend or close an account that does any of this, without a refund.

7. Connected accounts and third parties

Posting runs through a publishing provider that holds the network sign-in you grant. If X or the provider changes its rules, rejects a post, or goes offline, we cannot post until it is fixed, and we tell you when a post fails. We are not responsible for what a network does with your account or your posts.

8. Availability

We aim to keep PlatPost running all the time but do not promise it. If the service is down for more than 24 hours in a row in a month you have paid for, email us and we extend your subscription by the lost time or refund that month.

9. Liability

We are not liable for the content of posts you approve, for how a network or its audience responds to them, or for any loss beyond the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the service

You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@tellquote.com; we delete your data as the privacy page describes. We may close the service with 30 days' notice by email and refund any month you have paid for and not received.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The operator is a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@tellquote.com.
